- Consultation – We will provide a "visual report" that will
give you suggestions on each room as well as the curb appeal of your
house. This report is emailed to you after a complete preview has been
made. Showing instructions are also included.
- Redesign – After a "pre-staging recommendation" has been
written and emailed to you, we will come back and stage your house with
furniture and accessories that you already have so that you will save
money on rental furniture and accessories. Showing instructions are also
included. After Photos are taken and emailed as well for MLS use.
- Vacant Staging – After "pre-staging recommendations" has been written and emailed to you, we will design the layout and place furniture and accessories inside your house. This will make the house "show" well by creating a better flow and feel with furniture versus a home without any furniture and accessories. Showing instructions and after photos are provided for your use.
STAGING to LIVE
- Consultation – We provide suggestions for those that need help deciding on
Paint Color, Countertops, Cabinets, Flooring, Carpets, Window Coverings.
We also can help with connecting you with contractors that can do the work
if you need.
- Redesign – This service is great if you feel the need to "freshen up" your home with all of the furniture and accessories that you already have! This is a process that in most cases will only take one day to do! You will instantly feel relaxed and your home will take on a whole new look and feel!
