Melanie
Terry is the owner and operator of iDesign Spaces and an Accredited Staging
Professional(TM).
She is the Founder and former President of the San Jose Regional Chapter
for IAHSP and is a dedicated professional who has studied and learned the
powerful techniques of staging homes.
She studied with Barb Schwarz, pioneer and creator of the Staging concept.
Melanie has an Associate Diploma Course in Interior Design and a certification
by the American Feng Shui Institute. She currently holds an affiliate membership
in the SCCAOR (Santa Clara County Association of Realtors) and played a huge
role in starting the San Jose Regional Chapter for the International Home
Staging Professionals. She has been a part of the Real Estate Industry for
the past 5 years and is known as one of the first stagers in the South Bay
Area. She has streamlined the process and has shared her efficient techniques
with other stagers. Melanie’s passion for design and space planning have
provided proven results in the real estate market!
Her organizational and people skills, combined with her genuine love for
helping others, make working with her simple, pleasant and fun!
